Control Abine Windows
In order to help you while you're interacting online, Abine will bring up windows from time to time. You can easily control when and what Abine windows will come up under preferences.
Here are the all the Windows you may see:
| Privacy Alert Window | If you have the Opt-out & Block privacy app installed, then this window appears the first time that you visit a website during each browsing session. You can control if this window appears at all, or for how long before it disappears. Read more about Privacy Alerts. |
| Login Helper |
If you have the Logins & Passwords privacy app installed, this window will appear when you visit websites where you have accounts (if your passwords are "unlocked"). If you close Abine (with the "X" box) we won't come up again on that site automatically until you tell it to. Read more about Logins. |
| Form-Filler |
If you have the ID Auto-filler privacy app installed, this window will appear when you are on a webpage with a registration or checkout form. If you close Abine (with the "X" box) we won't come up again on that site automatically until you tell it to. Read more about Logins and Registering. |
You can control all of these windows from the Preferences tab. Just open Abine and click on the Preferences tab, and choose "Pop-up Window Controls".
